Return Eligibility
- We offer a 45-day return policy from the date of purchase. If more than 45 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return or refund request.
Refund & Exchange Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds

- Then, contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Return Shipping & Buyer Responsibilities
- Defective or Incorrect Items: We will cover the return shipping costs and send a replacement item free of charge.
- Personal Reasons (Change of Mind, Wrong Item Ordered, etc.): The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Important Shipping & Delivery Terms
- Incorrect Shipping Address Provided by Buyer: If a buyer provides an incorrect address and the package is undeliverable or uncollected, we do not provide refunds for lost packages. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping details are entered at checkout.
- Refused or Uncollected Packages: If the buyer refuses to accept delivery or fails to collect the package from the post office, the refund will only be processed once the package returns to our facility in China. The international shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Control of Packages Once in Buyer’s Country: Once the package arrives in the buyer’s home country, it is under the control of the buyer’s national postal service. Buyers are responsible for:
- Contacting their local post office with the tracking number provided to arrange delivery.
- Arranging pickup, redelivery, or inquiring about failed deliveries.
- Investigating missing packages directly with their local postal service.
Lost, Stolen, or Unclaimed Packages
- If a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier but is lost or stolen from your location, we are not responsible for replacing or refunding the item. Please contact your local post office or law enforcement for assistance.
- If a package is held at customs or requires additional action from the buyer (e.g., import taxes, customs fees, identity verification), it is the buyer’s responsibility to follow up and complete the necessary steps. Failure to do so may result in the package being returned to us, in which case a refund will be processed minus the international shipping fee.
