Faulty or Incorrect Items

Change-of-Mind Returns

Late or Missing Refunds

Incorrect Address or Uncollected Packages

  • Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
  • If a package is refused or not collected, a refund can only be reviewed after it is returned to our return facility.
  • Original international shipping cost may be deducted where applicable.

Once your package reaches the destination country, it may be handled by the local postal service. You may need to contact your local post office with the tracking number for pickup, redelivery, or delivery updates.

Lost, Stolen, or Customs-Held Packages

If tracking shows delivered but the parcel cannot be found, please contact your local postal service first. If a parcel is held by customs or needs customer action, such as payment of import fees or identity verification, the customer must complete those steps.
